Do you have a strong interest in regulations for sustainability reporting?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• To be in the front line of an emerging area of expertise that will continue to develop for years to come

• Take an active role in shaping Swedbank’s sustainability reporting according to the CSRD, ESRSs and the EU Taxonomy

• Monitor regulatory changes, support implementation in external and internal reporting and set requirements on stakeholders across the Swedbank Group

• Make a significant contribution to Swedbank’s commitment to sustainability and sustainability reporting

• Be the key specialist in regulatory judgements and definitions for sustainability reporting

• Communicate and explain new regulatory requirements and how they impact Swedbank

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Finance, Business administration, Law or equivalent

• Experience from the financial sector, financial reporting and sustainability reporting regulations such as CSRD, ESRS and the EU Taxonomy, for a minimum of 3 years

• Good communication skills, verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English

• Proven track record in making regulatory judgements

• Good skills in Microsoft tools such as MS word, MS power point and MS excel

• A pragmatic mindset and a problem-solving attitude

• Ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment
