To support this, we are now seeking a skilled and business-oriented Legal Counsel to join our Nordic Legal & Compliance team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality legal support to our business units in Sweden and/or Denmark and collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordic region.

Your Responsibilities

• Advise business units in Sweden and/or Denmark on commercial contracting, including the drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on compliance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and environmental law.
• Prepare and maintain legal templates and standard agreements.
• Monitor and assess the impact of new legislation and regulatory developments.
• Support coordination of legal matters at a Nordic level when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Master of Laws (LL.M.) from a Swedish or Danish university.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience from an in-house legal role or a law firm.
• Ability to independently manage complex legal matters and provide clear, business-focused advice.
• Strong knowledge of contract law; familiarity with environmental law and public procurement law is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the Nordic region.
