Looking for a role where legal expertise meets business, collaboration, and international impact? As In-house Legal Counsel at Roxtec, you will contribute to a wide range of legal matters in a growing global organization.

The role

As In-house Legal Counsel, you will be part of a supportive and experienced Legal team, providing legal guidance across Roxtec’s global organization. You will work closely with colleagues worldwide in a broad role that offers strong opportunities for professional development and real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and maintain agreements and legal templates
• Advise on data privacy and compliance issues
• Deliver internal legal training and raise legal awareness across the organization
• Assist in litigation and dispute-related work
• Support the organization in intellectual property related matters
• Monitor and communicate updates related to new laws and regulations
• Work with corporate governance related matters

Qualifications

• Law degree, preferably an LLM
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Fluency in Swedish is an advantage

You are structured and curious, eager to take responsibility and learn in your role. You enjoy working together with others and, with growing business understanding and analytical skills, you contribute by turning legal matters into clear and practical advice.
